Well , each crypter is sooner or later rated as Win32.TR.Dropper. That's for it. Tip: Try VB Reformer 2012 or VB Decompiler.

As for .NET executables , it will be very hard to make VB6 compatible for example with VB.NET , as .NET executables need framework , and it could be done if it's dropped to hdd , otherwise , from memory , very very hard. And there is yet another problem , VB6 is from 1998 , and .NET came in 2003 officially.
Unless he makes with .NET framework 1.1 which is unusable these days.
