We are aware of this issue and trying to solve it. Guess its happening the first scan only.
If you login again and scan file you won't get that error (me thinks ;))

I tried scanning a CG excel server..I get this error..No Readout!

Interesting, Ravage has the same problem sometimes. I can't reproduce it unfortunately.

For now, just try again and it should work.

I will investigate that error later, together with Ravage.

Thank you for reporting.

Is anyone still able to reproduce that error x_h0rr0r_x mentioned? Unfortunately neither Ravage nor me can reproduce it, so it's difficult to fix it.

Within the next days you can expect a little update for the scanner.
Changes will include the following:

+ Antivirus versions page
+ AutoScan feature (re-scan a file automatically every 12 hours) (see attached image)

Please Login or Register to see this Hidden Content

Please Login or Register to see this Hidden Content

  95.88KB   0 downloads

+ toggle admin on manage-users page
+ Maintenance mode and page

o performance improvements

o put jQuery on server instead of google
o disabled refresh button whilst scanning (causes an error)
o fixed JavaScript error when scanning

- removed unnecessary table paddings

Suggestions for future changes are always welcome!

We have successfully applied the update. Please feel free to test it. Especially the new AutoScan feature, because we ran into some difficulties there.

There are more changes to come (mostly performance optimizations), within the next days.

For suggestions or future changes please contact me or leave a post here.

Minor scanner annoyance, sessions seem to be lost after only a couple minutes, which sometimes disconnects me before i can scan due to slow connection. Other than that this is awesome. Good work.

There's no such thing as a botnet, it's just cloud computing that someone installed backwards.

Hummm does anyone else run into this problem? Because for me the sessions last as long as my browser is openend and I'm pretty sure we didn't set them to expire so fast. I'll have a look at that later to be sure though.

As a temporary solution you should use the 'remember me' checkbox when logging in, if you have no problem with cookies being set.

This problem was resolved.

Small update:

+ prettier urls (restructure)

- got rid of unnecessary JavaScript in admin, user and scanner area

The update will be online within the next few hours. Excpect some more changes within the following days (mainly performance and usability improvements). And as always feel free to drop some suggestions if you have any.

Would be nice if Auto-Scan would update its current scanreport instead of creating a new one and sending it over e-mail

People please please keep in mind that BullDog and Ravage do make some changes/updates here and there to improve the scanner. It will or can be offline or unavailable some time, please keep an eye on this thread, if the scanner goes offline for a longer period of time Bulldog or Ravage will put that over here so you guys know that.

Access is currently restricted to the following usergroups: Notorious, Associate, Binary Crew, Moderators and Administrators. So unfortunately you can't have access, yet.

We are still thinking about allowing access via request in the future (like it was handled on the old scanner), but we haven't decided on that yet. So stay tuned.

I think you should leave it as it is for now -

Notorious, Associate, Binary Crew, Moderators and Administrators
, so only contributing members can have access to it.

Yeah we definitely plan to keep it to contributing members only, but maybe allow everyone to request access and then let the community decide (via a poll), whether or not that person deserves access. That's how we did it on the old scanner and I think it worked pretty well.

People are really not reading the rules at all. And we even don't have that much rules. Really a shame.

Next time if people with low post count ask question(s) that are answered in the rules they will get a 3 day ban from me.

Seriously they have 1 - 2 posts and the only thing they want to have is access to the scanner. They don't give a damn about the forums etc.

I have nothing to say topic related.

Simple as that.

That's the way it usually is.Alot just come here looking for free crypters. They don't give 2 shits about the forum..If it was up to me there would be a post count minimum to access certain parts of the forum just for that reason.Of course this is just my opinion..

Yes i know but that would be unfair for legit members, Or members that come to learn and reply a few times only.
